Ordering and Payment Information

All orders are taken through email, in person, or over the phone.

We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal, Cash, Check, & Money Order.
There will be a $35 fee charged on all returned checks. Proper identification is required.



You can book your event or order up to a year and a half in advance. Once you place your order, I will send you an invoice confirming everything we discussed.

We do not charge sales tax on Event Planning and service, but there is sales tax on Products, like OccasionOgraphy.

You can either choose to pay for the entire project at once, or half up front.
The remainder of your payment should arrive to Eventements no later than 7 days before your event.


Ideally, you should give Eventements 2 weeks notice to place an order.

**Rush Delivery! is available for Favors, OccasionOgraphy, Centerpieces - Crudite Art, Wine Labels. Only Three Day Notice is required.  However, there is a slight
possibility that we will not be able to fill your order. In that small instance, we will inform you that we are unable to as soon as you give us your pick up date. It is still in
your best interest to book ahead of time. We take reservations up to a year and half in advance.

*On any given day there is a complimentary delivery and pick up location. We are able to keep our product prices lower because each member of our staff works
remotely from home.  Be sure to email us and check our availability to see where we will be working the day of your pick up!
We have several convenient pick up locations around Pittsburgh and surrounding areas: Robinson Town Centre, Waterworks, the Waterfront, Monroeville Mall,
Pittsburgh Mills, Century III Mall, North Hills McIntyre Square, or Cranberry Township.

Pick Up service to the above locations is available free of charge when you spend $75 or more with eventements. We also provide a different complimentary delivery
location* each day, give us a call to check our schedule. Otherwise, we work with your schedule to find the best time and location for you to meet with a member of
our staff for as little as $10.00. Rush Delivery** Please add an additional $15.00.

Sites near Somerset, Erie, Greensburg, Washington or Beaver, PA can be arranged for a scheduled pick up for a nominal charge of $25.00. Morgantown or Weirton,
WV can also be arranged for $40. It does happen on occasion that one of our staff members will happen to be in your area or planning a trip that way, call to check for
available travel dates for discounted delivery.

For those that cannot arrange a pick up or are out of town, we can ship anywhere!
