Brandi Hugar is the President of Eventements.
First and foremost, we're an Event Planning Firm.
Originally from Pittsburgh, I graduated from WVU with a
Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Resources
and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Event Planning was a
natural progression from Recreation Program planning. I
started my way into the event fields with catering, and then found
a great job with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy at the
Schenley Park Visitor Center (gorgeous facility) as the Event
Coordinator while managing the Cafe. I always had the dream of
starting my own Event firm.  Next I worked at a Management
Association Firm as an Account Manager and planning several
large state professional associations' conventions in Virginia,
South Carolina, and PA.  Then I got the opportunity to finally
open my own Event Planning Firm. It's exciting to get to know
my clients and play a part in your biggest days.
To keep overhead down, I have a (great) home office, meet with
clients at Panera Breads, and I have a great staff of contract
labor ~ my team of friends that I call on for help.
In order to give my clients the specialized attention that they
deserve, I only take on one wedding, reunion, or convention per
season, that's only a few per year! Thus, between the big jobs
I'm able to take on several smaller projects, like smaller events
such as baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement
parties, and of course our customized event additions.
We look forward to hearing from you and are just a email away
from helping you make your next event the best it can be.
(Most of the phone calls I receive are sales calls, so I generally
don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Please leave a
message and I will call you back)
